    Lots of companies do things like this to free up cash/equity.

    Has no direct bearing on operation of the casino at all. Or comps.

    If they need cash they could borrow cash without a problem. This is an opportunity for investors and executives to make their stock more valuable. The article ended with saying they could buyback 150 million shares.
