Last year DH & I used our $100 diamond dining voucher there. We got prix fixe for $50 each & thought the food was great! (do not remember what we had but my appy was ricotta stuffed squash blossoms--OMG!) This year DM & I did the same. At 6:30 there were a dozen empty tables but they claimed no availability until 8:30 (musta been a lot of no shows--as not many came in while we were there; or short staffed...) Anyway, sat at bar & SO glad we did. GREAT bartender & gals on each side of us suggested items. EVERYTHING was fantastic again! Ordered traditional marg & a pear cactus one. Good foil for each other--trad. a bit tart, cactus one a bit sweet. We ordered 4 appys--queso fundido, Sophie's chopped salad, shrimp tamale, & ahi nachos. Seriously, I want to order all 4 again! Ahi nachos was really like an ahi ceviche with chips on the side. $115 for the 4 appys & 2 drinks before applying our voucher. Mesa is now a MUST do for every trip!!
