Trips to Las Vegas

We can pull off a May weekend trip. Brandy and I were looking at trying to go in September for my birthday, but thats a long time away. We are now considering leaving on a Friday after the kids get out of school and returning late Sunday evening. Grandma already said they can stay with her. That would be the weekend before our anniversary. We are thinking we will stay dt probably at LVC. This could be our first really serious gamble only trip. I am checking on airfare prices and waiting to hear back from Air Tran. Wish us luck!!!

Billy, be sure and stress to AirTran the life-flashing-before-your-eyes fear, not to mention severe time inconvenience, that you suffered on the last trip. Maybe they'll help you out with a little more than 50bucks.

I hope you make it in May, any longer would be to suffer too long...I would know, I'm going Downtown in May as well, having booked it in November. Maybe I'll see you at the Grain Train whistle stop in La Bayou.

Good luck, and stop at nothing to get to LV in May.

Oh man! Friday to Sunday! Waaaaay too short to enjoy. Not being a killjoy here.

Would your September trip be longer? If so, I'd reconsider. If it would be the same length, then go for May!

Good point, but if we went in September it would be the same. Plus depending on how much we spend if we go to Disney again in June with the Kids, maybe we can manage a September weekend as well.

Oh Gosh... you have to go for May then. If it means the same time in Vegas and all.

That way, you at least have a 'chance' of hitting Vegas twice coming up.

Always go for the sure thing!
