I hope it's not too last minute or too big of an issue, but the poker buy in will be $55 instead of $50.

If it's an issue, please let me know.

    Larry

    Sonya, you'd be so proud!

The poker tournament was a great success....other than a certain someone who shall not be named organizing it for 11:00 am on a Saturday.

I think there were a few people that didn't sleep at all before the tournament started.

    Sticky took 1st Place.
Pete (Mike's friend from England) took 2nd Place.
    and Scott took 3rd place.
Murph was on the bubble and won a killer shirt that the Flamingo donated as the bubble prize.

We were "relatively" well behaved and didn't piss anyone off too bad. In fact, the poker room boss told me to call him next year and they will be happy to host it again for us in 2015! We haven't been barred!!!!!!

*Photos will be posted here or in the trip report section once I get clearance from the group.*

So is this annual tournament held the weekend before the big dance every year? I was thinking it was gonna be this Sat coming up and was planning on making it next year until I read that the tournament was a success, was thinking sanonofresurfer is having such a good time in Vegas he played in a random tournament and confused it for the this tournament until I read the date on original post.

Sounds like a good one! Sorry I missed it. Stick's a ringer, she shouldn't be allowed to play next year. :haha:
