March 17th-20th at Cosmo. I'll be fully vaccinated (get my 2nd shot Feb 26th) but my pregnant wife wont be vaccinated, so we will still take precautions. This will be our 3rd trip to Vegas during the pandemic. Plans are: Food: The Henry, STK, Vig(M Resort), Bootlegger Bistro, Momofuku, China Poblano, Gordon Ramsey Steak. (One open dinner right now) Activities: See my grandpa at the M/tour a condo he may move to instead of his house. St. Patty's Day street drinking around Linq/Flamingo. Yardhouse Happy Hour to have some local beers. March Madness at Cosmo sportsbook/mobile betting. Gambling: Pai Gow, bartop VP, slot hopping in Cosmo.
Another update, looks like my Brother-In Law, Sister, mom, and Stepdad have decided to join in on the fun to surprise my cousin on this, so it's safe to say it's turned into a party on my end!
After cancelling many trips, it is finally happening. We are leaving on Saturday 2/27 and staying through 3/2. We didn't make any ambitious plans and hope to be as spontaneous as we can. Would like to try and make it downtown to check out Circa. Husband might pick a morning for golf.
