    Seems like everybody gets away with this because theres total chaos. People running all over the place.
    I know the Jersey Gardens Mall in Elizabeth because we used to go there all the time when we lived up that way. That one was on the news a lot. Its within walking distance of a very tough neighborhood also.
    This will have to do till kids get bored with it and come up with a new thing.
