Do you have a name of the person I should call to change the room to Cal? I'd like to do this for an upcoming offer redemption... Have MSS offer but would like to stay at the Cal. Thanks!

Other hosts are Ipo and Gloria.
I find Ipo is the most personable.

Does anyone know if they have moscow mules at either the Cal or MSS? I had read somewhere on here not too long ago about maybe MSS having them on special? Tough to find mules at the bartops downtown...at least good ones...

Triple 7 has them at MSS
They were on special for $4, but don't know about cost now.
I'm sure Jose or Oleg could make you one at the bar at MSS.

I just spoke to that Marketing department and the women said it was impossible to change my comps from MSS to Fremont. She said the if I want to change my home casino then I need to go to the B Connected desk and future play will be applied to my new home casino. I asked her a few times and she said that was the poilicy.

She did say that March offers are late and last she heard they would be out mid January. She did make a reservation for me using a "group code" to hold my dates. Then when I do get my room offers I can call back to apply the more specif offers. Hmmm.

I was thinking of trying the Fremont this time and am disappointed that she said it isn't possible.

Also, I spoke to Ipo and she must have been having a bad day because she didn't seem to be willing to help either.

Heard of switching Cal and MSS, as they are connected and many of the promos are tied. But never heard of switching to Fremont. Seems they go it alone downtown. They are only one with Young at heart Wednesdays for everyone. Cal and MSS it is only for locals. Many of the promos give you the choice of MSS or Cal. Probably because they are the ones that are marketed heavily to Hawaiians

I wonder if they have the ginger beer behind the casino bar. That always seems to be the issue at casino bars downtown.(and CET bars for that matter)

They were not lying. Fremont is separated from MSS/Cal. Not as far away as Sam's Town vs Gold Coast, but they are still different properties and give out their own offers/comps.

stayed one night Christmas at MS. Kind of disappointing. Machines (VP at bar) were not paying anything much. Christmas buffet was reasonably priced but nothing special - about what you'd get any other day.
