M&M go to Vegas Jan 31 - Feb 5

Well folks, it’s time for the annual birthday bash. Apparently it’s also time for the bomb cyclone to hit. We thought we’d be okay leaving at 6:50 am tomorrow. We called grandma to come a day early to watch the kids. Then today at 11am we got this notice. . .


We had a direct flight and it seems Delta decided to cancel it. No explanation given. They did rebook us but now we leave at 8am and route through Atlanta. We ended up driving to the airport and we are staying at a hotel near RDU. Remains to be seen if we beat the snow or end up getting stuck in Atlanta. If all goes right we land in Vegas just after noon.

Plans are 2 nights at Fontainebleau and then 4 at Bellagio. Leaving on the red eye on the 5th. Wish us luck for getting out of here!

There is a Tony Romas in our hotel and we went to the bar for margaritas. I got the 14$ one and Mike got the platinum 17$ one. Can’t say I can really taste the difference.
