I am T-20 to the mecca. I've stayed in the pyramid (only) a few times so I am familiar with Luxor. Please DON"T say to stay elsewhere as I'm meeting family there. For the first time, I have a 1 bedroom tower suite for 4 nights and no resort fees. Kinda hard to pass up! For those of you that has stayed there, which tower is the most quiet. View not important.
    TIA!
    Tim

I've stayed in the West tower and it's far from the casino floor but closer to the pool, spa, and gym. It was very quiet, which I liked since I was traveling for business.

I have stayed in both many times...… I would say they are the same as far as "quite" from outside, casino noise. But you could always get a noisy rm next door or above, and that can happen anywhere. Enjoy your trip!

I’ve been in both. They are equally good on light noise imho.

It all depends on who is staying on your floor. I was there in November and it was quiet but one night around 1 am we had 2 drunk couples staying next door to us and they were quite loud in the hallway.

Since there are no "rides" at the Excalibur I don't think you'll run into any issues. Even the rooms inside the pyramid are quiet. The second floor above the casino mutes the noise a LOT.

I have stayed in both. Tower rooms are roomier. A one bedroom suite should be great for you. Noise was never an issue in the pyramid or the tower. The only variable as others have said is if you get a noisy neighbor. Have a great trip.

What sort of noise are you trying to avoid? Tower rooms are quiet overall, but you will get noise from the music at the pool during weekend days at west tower. The location is much better overall, so would recommend unless you’re a daytime sleeper.

If possible ask for a higher floor, but there isn't much noise in either tower. Have stayed in both a few times.

Thank you all! I've stayed in the Pramid a few times and once, they had a HUGE Party next door and it sounded like 2 ppl or more there. Since they did't invite me I called security LOL. I only called once. Surprisingly I dozed off and woke up about 2 min later and all was quiet. I never did learn if they got tossed out of the room or not and didn't care.
    Thx again,

Both towers are equal in terms of sound. With that said, I would go for the East tower given it is closer to the casino and proximity to Excalibur connector.
