2 bedroom elite towers suite? Anyone stayed there? Is it a long walk to casino area?

I left a YouTube video of it in my April trip report. There are 2 versions of it, and I was in the worse of the two but it was still pretty great. Both towers are a bit of a trek from the casino which is entirely in the pyramid, but it's not bad. If you're in the west tower, the spa and the pool entrance are right near your elevators.

Huge room, furniture seemed new however, bathroom finishes seemed dated. I was on the top floor of one of the towers, for whatever reason there is no ice machine on that floor.

    could host probably 50 people

Agree, West is a bit better for access. If you take the elevator to the very bottom floor it is a very short walk to the Uber/Lyft spot. That was a plus.

Like @Brandt mentioned the bathroom and mini bar sink fixtures are gold and feel 80s, however seemed clean and functional. If you look closely you can see random tiles are slightly lighter and have been replaced in the tub and shower areas.

Found the one bedroom room very quiet at the end of the (short) hall. Much quieter than a MB suite I had with a noisy neighbor in a connecting room next door. Very comfortable and would stay there again.

    Heading out in Sept.
Looking for host email at Luxor. Have used Jason Johnson in the past, but he is either gone or off or?

Feel free to post here or PM.

Can get a 1BR Tower Suite online, but will book with host if that gets them credit.

    Either tower fine?

I stayed there with my family in September of 2019. I have the 2 bedroom booked again in January in case my family decides to join me again. It was a nice suite. We were in the smaller version as well, but it was certainly big enough for our purpose. We were on the 13th floor of the West tower. It's not any further of a walk than any other room in the towers.

@nostresshere - my host at the Luxor is not terribly detail oriented, but I'm happy to share his e-mail with you if you want :)

They made me an offer I couldn't refuse!

Am I correct in assuming the two bedroom is just a tower elite one-bedroom with a connecting king/queen? I have a one-bedroom reserved for November - but SLIGHT chance I'd need the connecting room. Or is there an actual two bedroom version?

@casinostreer Every video or post I've ever seen on the subject showed a 1BR with a connector.

Definitely it's the elite 1br and elite 1br deluxe suites with connecting tower kings. The square footage advertised for the 2br elite would only be true if the 1br base suite is the deluxe version, but they don't currently let you choose which version of the elite 1br you're going to get when you book, just luck when you check in. You will get one or the other and they dont currently book them as 2 different room types like they used to.

Thanks! That's what I figured. I'd love the bigger of the two - but I don't actually NEED it. We had an actual 2 bedroom penthouse at Bellagio (years ago) that wasn't just a 1br with connecting king. It was nice. Better bathrooms. :)

The larger version has an extra half bath at the entrance, but the layout of the living and dining area, and even master bedroom/bath is entirely different and far superior in the "deluxe." I have no idea why they won't book those as different types these days, because they are definitely very different rooms. So much about the non-deluxe makes no sense, especially the placement of both televisions. It's a nice room but poorly planned. Master bath also has a much smaller counter area in the not-deluxe.
