Lucky Dragon or El Cortez Designer Cabana Suite

I just snagged the lucky dragon for 28 a night and that is close to what I got for a designer suite. I have to now make a decision any input? It is a long trip and I want somewhere so I don't have to gamble if I choose not to. I am also staying at the 4 Queens for NYE and Harrahs for Christmas . Any thought would be appreciated.
