Two entire categories on casino questions! I got all of them in the Jeopardy round where it focused on games and I think most people on this board would have, but in the Double Jeopardy round where it focused on entertainers at casinos I missed a couple.

For those who missed it, all of the questions should be on this site within a couple days (the 2014-05-01 show): http://j-archive.com/showseason.php?season=30

By the way that girl Julia is a machine!

This would have been the day for many of us to take a crack on being a contestant. Julie now has the record for most consecutive winning days (9) by a female.
I thought early on, the other gal might giave her a run for the money. Godo back-and-forth contest.

Ya that was a good game tonight. Kinda cool to see someone do so awesome right after that Chu guy had a 11 game run. Wonder if she will beat his record? I think shes pretty far behind him in money won though.

I got Z and my wife got J. We'd be all set if it were a team tourney.

The question was: "What are the letters Z and J?"

Several players put the letter X into their question, but X does not work because it is used twice, once in Texas and once in New Mexico.

The answer was something like: "While the letter Q is not used at all in the names of the 50 states, these two letters are used only once each."

I would not have gotten that in the time available for Final Jeopardy, but if it was a questions at the Pub trivia we play every monday we would have gotten it

FYI all the casino questions from that episode are up on the archive site now for anyone that wants to see them: http://www.j-archive.com/showgame.php?game_id=4489

Its the first category in each round called "Playing At The Casino", same name for both. Put your mouse cursor over the dollar values to see the answer. If you're a gambler you'll probably find the first round's questions to be super easy. Those focus on casino games, in Double Jeopardy they focus on entertainers who perform at casinos.

Looking forward to the Battle of the Decades starting up again tonight!

That is a cool resource! Thanks for the link. I had not seen the Jeopary round that night.

    What an easy category.
