Did anybody else lose all their B Connected tier credits?
I'm had to cancel my 6 day April trip (last year) because my convention was cancelled.
Not only did I lose my TC but I went from a Sapphire Card to Ruby with zero points.
I always have been offered 3 comped nights at The Cal but now I
pay rack rate plus the new resort fee.
3 nights for $381 for my July trip

I have another 5 day trip planned for October...
any other host need a player for their casino downtown?

Same as myself so forget them and I will find somewhere else to stay and much cheaper. We have gambled and stayed at Boyd properties for 10 years but not anymore.

Welcome to the club! I was Sapphire, but couldn't visit a Boyd casino in 2020, so I was dropped to Ruby and starting from scratch again. Although, I still have my BConnected points which will expire in June. Boyd did extend the expiration date on BConnected points, but as I recall you had to have a certain amount of points accumulated (I forgot how much) in order to get the extension.

I'm still getting comp room offers for up to 3 nights, after being downgraded to Ruby. Although, my freeplay/food credit have dropped considerably. If I can't make it back to a Boyd property by June, I may write off Boyd and give more play to CET and MLife on my next trip to Vegas. They've both been sending me some tempting offers.

I've been a big supporter of Boyd for at least 7 years. I've told many of my family and friends to stay at any of their downtown properties (and they have) because of the comps and that they actually care about you...but sadly things change.

100% that used to be me as well. Try 4 Queens, Binions, or the D instead. You should have a good shot getting a host to comp your stay off on the back end.

I just logged into mine. I am still 2nd card level, tier credits 500 to start this year. My mom tier credits is 0 and she is lowest tier because she didn't make many points. I think you have to have a certain tier number to have some to start the next year.
