    My Trip Report

    Previous trip report

    Expect more stupid drunk posts

    https://www.vegasmessageboard.com/forums/index.php?threads/live-ish-2-brits-4-nights-low-rolling-and-billy-idol.139811/

I’m completely overexcited as it’s been 19 long months since our last trip and since we gambled . Expect many drunk ramblings especially if I can find somewhere that will comp half decent gin.

I’m 39, j is 46 , we’ve been together for over 20 years and are leaving our teens with grandad while we get to have fun and be irresponsible. Fly out via London gatwick tomorrow am

    Plan is

Saturday night Harrahs, - $104 all in through total rewards- stay awake and beat jet lag

Sunday to Thursday 4 night mlife comp at mirage with $60 resort credit - $167 in resort fees - gamble, drink, gamble, , crap food, gamble, gamble, drink

4 night mgm signature for a bargain $700 with $160 rc Thursday to Monday - booked in June before fight or golden knights schedule announced - relax, recover, pool days, shows and maybe some better food options.

Pick up car and have some serious low rolling with 3 nights golden nugget from Laughlin Monday 8th - $156

    Fly home from Lax.

    Other stuff

MyVEGAS freeplay and various monorail and Wolfgang puck restaurant vouchers
Seeing garbage at the Cosmo on Friday 6th
Ticket for the comedy club and redneck comedy magic at the Stratosphere that we got for less than $25 total off of eBay
Daybed pod at MGM Grand booked for Sunday 7th
Quite keen to try some edibles as it’s been 12 years since we last went to Amsterdam

    Gambling
Pretty low rollers at $200 a day stop loss each. We like pai Gow poker, free bet blackjack and pootling around on video poker

That about it. Read along if you fancy a giggle . It all helps me fill in the memory blanks (see SLS posting on the last trip)

Got into premium so that was a bonus. Flight great , Lyft a doddle and kiosk checkin have a room looking at the pool on the 7th floor. We were in the room less than 90 minutes after landing.

Newly remodelled , valley tower king it’s clean and pretty nice for the rate we payed.
No photos cos we spread all our cases and junk around before I thought too. You can hear the pool music

Just redeemed our bogof my Vegas 7day monorail and heading down to sls to claim our $10 freeplay and then on to essence dispensary for gummies before we get too drunk / tired .

May then wander to stratosphere and use some out of show tickets to try and stay awake

Since you are staying at Harrahs tonight would you check and see if the have a “crapless” craps table? Another board member said the did my host said they didn’t. That is after the gummies wear off.

Welcome to Vegas! I stayed at the Signature last year and loved it. I'm downtown now, but headed to the strip for a few nights starting Tuesday.

Asked the Pai Gow pit boss and she said that they do have crapless craps but only on busy hours.

4 hours Pai Gow puts me up $75 and j down $200 despite each getting a straight flush for $50 on the dollar fortune bet. Fun table with a hell of a lot of gin for breakfast

Dirty Denny’s breakfast at casino royale
Before we think about heading over to Mirage

Only had 5 hours sleep in the last 36 hours but we will live

Mirage volcano view king with teeny tiny bathroom.

This morning a guy on our pai Gow table got two straight flushes in a row. He had 15 on the fortune and 5 on the red light bonus thing. Got paid 1250 each straight flush. That was pretty cool

Laid out by the pool for a bit , really nice layout but the water was icy. Had another gummy each but it’s not doing much for us. J isn’t feeling any effects even after 2 and I’m just feeling a bit nauseous. Think I’ll stick to booze

Thinking about wandering up to cucina for dinner as I have a myVEGAS coupon. Also going to see if they will honour our $50 my Vegas freeplay as I bought it before the rule change about comp rooms.
