Ron what was the vibe like when were at the d? I'm like u and sick of cet and the strip,so trying something different in June! Last time I was there was early stages of the remodel but everything I've seen and read looks like the casino is a lot of fun.

We got a retro, old school cool kinda vibe. It was lively without being annoyingly so. My GF really loved the decor, lots of leather, really modern looking compared to the old Fitz. We are going to give it a try for three nights on our Sept. trip. Then we are hoping to get a a COMP offer from Red Rock, if not I will just burn the rest of my CET COMPS up at Flamingo. I didnt really play them at all this last trip, so I am sure I am on the short list.

Great TR and Congrats! We stayed at Bally's New Year's and had forgotten how nice their rooms could be. We were on the diamond floor. Don't know how different they are. Usually stay at Paris, so were pleasantly surprised. Good luck on your nuptials and upcoming trip.

Their rooms can be a pleasant surprise. I stayed on the "Diamond Floor" last April. I did not notice a difference from the 24th floor or this stay other than I do not recall seeing the Diamond signs. There are some nice rooms to be had, the rooms and halls are spacious and you never feel closed in. Paris and IP are the only two CET props I have not tried.

    Thanks!

Very fine TR. Thanks for the effort. Congrats on the upcoming nuptials. We've stayed at Red Rock several times. I love it. My wife tolerates it. She likes being on the strip, preferably at Paris. There is a resort fee at Red Rock. The fee gives you access to the spa and fitness area. On our stays I hit the spa early every morning. Awesome. Again, thanks for posting your TR.
