Live @MGM 7/12-17 golf, pool, and poker tables

Did some more walking back to the MGM for some pool time

 

Had to swing by Atlantic Aviation to meet some friends for a bit and ran into A-Rod in the lobby. No opportunity for pictures unfortunately

Headed to RIO for WSOP

Agreed, the wife and I walked up last week and the place was basically empty...

 

Nothing good happening today, got crushed in the afternoon deep stock at Rio, gave back several hundred in various machines and decided to head downtown for a change of pace.

 

It's a new day and this one is about getting away and relaxing! Golf in the AM and pool in the afternoon.
Made it out to Painted Desert and am looking forward to a new course to check out

 

Need some extra warm up here today, round number 5 of the year.











Some of the front nine, course is in good shape and a good hidden gem to get away from everything for a few hours. Note to golfers.....better hit it straight here, some tight holes

So things have definitely not gone as planned gambling wise. Pretty mad at myself for last night as I was up pretty strong and dumped it all back trying for a huge (to me) score. Then went on tilt and dumped more at blackjack.....hit stop loss for the trip and will probably be taking it easy and trying not to go bonkers for the next 3 days.






Single zero wheel on the floor at MGM has been $25 minimums day and night
Or at least every time I've been there.
Stats for last nights session I got seemed pretty out of whack so will check back to get more accurate update of possible

 

I have to admit I am extremely impressed with the VMB folks that can keep up with a trip report, provide very specific details and give everyone a front seat to their trips......I've realized how difficult this is and especially if it's a losing trip.

I wanted to share more pictures, which are below......And I hope to play some more poker tomorrow( may check out the Venetian series going on or find another tournament series to play an event or two)
