Great TR!! Loved all the pics, especially from the South Point.

 

I think I have the same mirror. My solution to this problem was to pick up a sheet of PU gel (https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B01LZOJP2Z, sadly out-of-stock). I cut a disk the same size as the suction cup and it acts as temporary glue. I keep the disk in a folded piece of cooking parchment paper so it doesn't stick to anything else. Lint just rinses off. Key word is temporary. The mirror will eventually come crashing down, usually in the middle of the night to scare you half to death.

My "permanent" mirror at home is on a rope (https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B00FM59I7O). Rope (or a shoelace) can be looped and knotted over the shower curtain rod...if there is no curtain then there's probably glass for a suction cup. I think I may add that to my travel kit.

Some of us enjoy room service while waiting for the limousine, others brew coffee in their room before calling the Uber. It’s all Vegas.

 

having a sad little breakfast at McDonald’s just to get it out of the way. overheard an exchange at the counter. From the dialogue I gather Samuel L Jackson felt he was waiting too long for his cup of coffee. And he didn’t have a godd@&mn number, so he went behind the counter and said yes you can call motherf$&@ing security. I guess he couldn’t find a coffee pot, because he exited peacefully and angry.

 

Did he ask for a bite of your tasty breakfast sandwich?

 

I don’t remember asking you a goddamn thing!

 

File this under inevitable. Too late to start judging now. My time in Vegas is Vegas time, regardless.
