It really is! We watched a ton of fireworks all over the city from our cosmo balcony a few years ago! Same with NYE.

I at least put the bug in my wife's ear for another trip.. I just don't know when. Is tomorrow too soon? Lol

    Just a few final thoughts:

I was so glad we had reservations for most dinners. Especially at Cosmo as everything seemed to have long waits without. We never waited more than 5 minutes from our reservation time, including STK which I think had a 90 minute wait

Check in area at Cosmo was crazy. Even invited guest line was long. I was SO thankful we were coded VIP to use the private check in room. Walked right up to an agent and she had a drink in our hands in a minute.

Mandalay Bay was busier during the day with families everywhere. At night the casino was pretty quiet.

We never needed a mask from the time we left the airport until the time we got back to the airport, other than in an Uber.

Am I ready to go back? Hell yeah. Do I want to go back to work tomorrow? No way.

Not knowing this persons shoe situation but I am guilty of wearing sandals on a flight but putting socks on during the flight. Sorry fellow travelers :noangel:

What better way to get over the Vegas blues than to book another trip right? Founds some decent priced flights and as of now, staying comped at both Aria and Palazzo for the first time. Don't think we'll do my love Cosmo this trip so I don't have to worry about comps and can gamble freely. Bring on August!
