Little trick for Lyft seemed to work.

So I'm headed to Vegas in about 18 days. It bugged me that I have 10% off Lyft rides for the past 10 days or so til the end of the year when I have no need to use the service in my current location. So for the heck of it, I messaged Lyft on Twitter and politely asked them is there any way to take the discount off now and apply it in a few weeks. They asked for my info and said they voided the current discount and to let them know just before I go to Vegas and they can reapply the discount. Very easy! Of course YMMV, but worth a shot if anyone has a discount on their account but have no need for it now.
