There is an ABC store like directly across the street from MC. They are fairly priced too

 

There's an ABC store in PH that sells liquor

 

The nearest place I would say is CVS which is right next door. I know there is beer but not sure about liquor.

 

The ABC Store on Freemont Street is most likely the best place. Binion's used to carrry some stuff but it will be more expensive. You can buy beer at quite a few places too.

 

There's a new giant Walgreens next to/sort of attached to Planet Hollywood.

 

Golden Nugget: there is an ABC right next door.

Monte Carlo: there is a CVS right out front on The Strip, there is also an ABC across the street. And yes, the CVS store out front of Monte Carlo does carry liquor now (was just beer and coolers type drinks)
