Having worked in hotels at times, in many cases a formal check-out is not necessary. Just leave your keys in the room on the morning of your scheduled check-out. You'll be checked out by default.

I thought all CET properties had check-out on the TV.

I never check out. I don't charge anything to the room so there is nothing I have to make sure is accurate. Many places allow you to checkout online via the TV, or at least check your bill. But I don't even check out online, I just leave . I take my key card with me, I have a collection of them from most of the places I've stayed.
