My goal again on my upcoming, is to give Let It Ride a try. I play it on the computer and understand how to play, but have only tried it at the casino for a few hands, as the dealer wasn't terribly friendly to a "newbie".

So how is it rated. If you are playing $10 (x 3 bets, plus the 3 card bet) is that rated at $10 or $40.

I probably won't be playing enough to matter - but just curious.

In my experience, the ratings unfortunately have varied from place to place. Some pit bosses have rated me for all 4 spots and some just the 3 card bet/final 3rd spot. I have been told that since the player can pull back the first two spots they are unrated.

At $10/spot, you are more likely to be rated at $20/hand vs. $40/hand.

The best thing is just to ask the floor boss.

What Bubba said (at least in comparison to other "carny" games).

Generally your wager is closer to 1 unit than 2 or 3, so comps should be generally weighted as such. Fwiw, the average bet on the base game is 1.232 units, $12.32 in your case, or $22.32 when betting the 3 card bonus.
