Made me laugh......you could target market all sorts of mini bars for different weekends in Vegas....on Electric Daisy weekend you could have a mini bar with day glow leggings and glow sticks

I was just there at the start of December and you can basically smell pot from at the Paris up to Harrahs on the sidewalk. People were smoking it right on the sidewalk with what was either security rent a cops or real cops standing 20 feet away (they had yellow jackets or vests on). We rented a car and it was all you can smell driving up the strip with windows up and air on.

I could care less and think that it should be decriminalized anyways but:

If you hate the smell of weed. If you sensitive to strong smells. If you don't like strong smoke smells etc. If they allow it to be smoked in the hotel rooms.....

Las Vegas isn't going to be a pretty place for you right shortly.

I notice it almost immediately when it's there and discernible.

I did a photo walk on the center Strip last week and I don't remember smelling it at all. I think I caught a brief whiff of it at Caesars when using the down-the-escalator restroom, but that was the only time.

people I know who are odor sensitive have never liked Las Vegas for the most part. Marijuana is pretty small potatoes compared to the existing bouquet of stale cigarettes, flatulence, Natural gas from taxis, and buffet grease. In fact it might mask some of that.

The logistics are tough to work out. I live in Washington State and we were quite some time from the vote to the distribution system being set up. Maybe eighteen months ?

Thinking that things for the states may become easier as the mistakes and successes from Washington and Colorado et al will help Nevada and other states not have to completely reinvent the wheel. It is a nightmare for the regulators. It will help that Nevada was already a medical state.

thats not it, its politcs, with the despecarys not wanting legal till then as they have a monopoly for 3 years instead off 18 months as the have the right to sell legal for the first 18 months but they can sell medical now so they get medical and doctors fees for 18 months ,then go legal and get 18 months monopoly before any one else can sell.

Banking laws need to get over themselves and allow these people to properly deal with their money like any other business. Just ridiculous.
