Can anyone tell me if there are any Laundromats within walking distance of Fremont area? Staying at the Plaza. Thanks very much!

Depends on what you are comfortable with (for walking distances).

There is a Busy Bee Laundromat that is at 1201 Stewart Ave. But it is probably a 20 minute walk or so from the Plaza. Google maps says that it is a 1.1 mile walk. It is located near Maryland Parkway so about 15 blocks away. Google maps also says that there is a 207 bus that will take you near that Laundromat.

Too bad you aren't staying at one of the Boyd Properties. Main Street Station has a Laundromat that is located in the RV park right past the freeway overpass. Unfortunately you need a MSS room key card to access the room however you may get lucky if they left the door open or if someone else is using the Laundromat.

google does not show any Laundromats that are closer to the Plaza though.

Last time I stayed at the Plaza they had washers and dryers on site, but that was maybe 10 years ago.

Give your maid $10-15 and your clothes will be hung nicely in the closet when you return
