We decided at the last minute to go to Laughlin to see the Bikers River Run. They say there were 75,000 bikes and I don't doubt it. The parking lots were seas of motorcycles. Very few of the bad boy bikers were there that I noticed anyway. It was worth it for a one time see.

We stayed at Avi Casino which is about 20 miles south of Laughlin and it was full of bikes also. We like Avi because of the beach area and the $3 craps & BJ.
Here are a few pictures of the beach and pool. BTW, beers at the pool were only $3.

After two nights of losing at Avi, we decided to go to Vegas for a day. Stayed at the Plaza and the rooms are the same. Not bad or dirty but in need of some help.
They have done a few improvements around the casino and the downstairs check-in should be open soon. Looks pretty good so far.
The Vegas Club has built an area in the back by check-in for some circus type acts and has shows on Thur, Fri & Sat. Several people told me the shows were outstanding and free.

On Monday night, our last night, I had a run at the BJ table that made me a little over even for the trip. I bought in for $100 and cashed out for over $1,300 plus I gave Jennifer some. I love that progressive betting on the wins.

Thanks for letting me see what sunshine and warm weather looks like; now, if I could only get some here. Congrats on the black jack run. It's always nice to be able to do something like that.

Angel, the prices are very cheap. I have seen them as low as $19 AND included two buffets. They have a large movie theater, Subway, Panda Express and an Italian place plus two or three restaurants.
With the low minimums and stuff it has become one of my favorites on the river.

Here is another view of the beach.
