Will be spending 5 nights downtown in a few weeks, a couple of those nights will be attending Life Is Beautiful with 7-8 friends. A few of them said last time (Sept 2019) it was hard to find late night eats since the festival ends at 1am. Most/all of them arent Vegas people so really arent aware of their surroundings like I am when there. Started a list of places I was able to verify thru the hotel website that are open either 24 hrs or until 2am. Was curious if anyone knows one that MAY NOT BE on the list that they've recently been to or at very least, a place I can verify online that is open. Specifically looking for Fri/Sat/Sun nights. The list below is what I found but who knows if the websites are all up to date however I think most are. Not really looking for fast food (but Im sure I will eat White Castle at least once with no fucks to give)

Decidedly second Saginaw's. I always slightly raise an eyebrow at a "Jewish-style" deli serving a BLT, but I'm not remotely observant, and their food is fantastic. Great matzoh ball soup!

Never had but always wanted to try matzoh ball soup--almost pulled the trigger recently but was hesitant. Not a pick eater in the slightest however can you compare it to something?

You’ll like it. Better than the best CNS w/ o noodles (replaced by the matzo balls.)

    Thanks for starting the list.

I can say Matzo ball soup is heaven in a bowl. But really chicken soup with a fluffy dumpling type of thing. The Matzo Ball soup at El Cortez is better in my view than the one at Saginaw. FYI I love Sagina in general and the Soup is very good. One thing about El Cortez I think they close for an hour very late at night. When I was there for an hour they were busy. Do not forget Dennys . I did feel in June that there were a few less late-night options.

Just a suggestion, you may want to call some of these places to confirm their hours with them. When I was downtown in June, many restaurants had much different hours than advertised due to staffing issues. I was turned away at Chicago Brewing at 4Q around 9pm one night because they were closing. I pointed out that their signage and website said 1:30a, their response was they had 3 people working the restaurant all night and they were going home.

    Don't forget Denny's, it's right there and 24/7.

Alas 777 will be closing at midnight once it reopens. Hopefully hours will change by then.

Good point. Sort of figured I can’t use the hours posted as gospel.

I honestly don’t think we have ever eaten there while sober but Lanai Express @ Fremont casino has served its purpose for us on occasion

No they don't, that page pretty much explains what their menu is though. During the day it's mall food court Chinese food with standard fast food like burgers fries chicken fingers, etc. And the price is about the same as you would pay in the mall food court. Their late-night menu has some Loco Moco breakfasts, steak and eggs, a couple egg combos and some burgers. Pricing is under $10.

There's only like three tables there, but this is perfect for people who just want to grab something and take it back to their room. Quick cheap and not too bad.

As many around here will attest to, unfortunately the online menus are of limited guidance. There are very often things available that aren't listed, and things listed that aren't available. And if you're downtown, it's right there!

Ha, good call! White Castle isn't something I'd fly cross-country for, just as with Denny's, but at 2am, that's the right move. French fries and a sandwich is absolutely the way to go (unless we're talking pizza slices).
