Thanks for the reply, very good to know!! I have a bad habit of losing cards multiple times - leaving them at craps tables, restrooms, VP machines, etc....the more i drink the more it happens.

Same. Before the kiosks I'd have to ask for 3-5 at a time just so I wasn't going back to the desk every hour for a new card. I really should check my TR statements to make sure no one is using my points with a found card.

FYI, I tried using the kiosk at Bally's last week. It recognized my account, then churned and churned for about 5 minutes before giving me some kind of "Sorry" message, returning my license, and not printing a card.

Some properties have closed their rewards desk and combined them with the cashier cages. I saw the new auto card printers at I believe every CET property I visited at Christmas. Neither of those 2 things existed on my thanksgiving trip or at least not that I noticed.

My wife tried the "card" machine while in Laughlin recently, inserted her drivers license and nothing happened. Machine was located next to the rewards booth. No new rewards card, no drivers license. It was the night before we were flying out, so I "guarded" the machine until a Caesars rewards person (did not catch her name, but she was great!!) retrieved the license from the machine and made up a new card for my wife at the desk. THANKS Caesars rewards Lady, my wife was able to fly home.

I will chime in on this although it’s probably been solved already but see one next to the cashier cage in Bally’s in November.

I can only hope Paris doesn't do this unless they somehow expand the cashier cages dramatically. That is one small set of 4? windows and even when I am waiting the Diamond line segment of it, I get people running in from the side and cutting in. Only about 50% of the time does the cashier actually stop them to verify their level. If you mix in other standard questions, etc., that will be a nuthouse. Even with a card kiosk.

Caesars property kiosks use DL. If not cages always print. I always ask for 2.
