Headed for Vegas in a couple of months. I was wondering if any Casino Bars have
Bar-Top Video Poker Machines that have larger then average screens.

    Hey Now!
The Mardi Gras Bar at Orleans has Super Star IGT machines that have a large display.

Yeah, I am guessing the answer he is looking for is any bar that has put in "modern" bartops. Pretty much any bar renovated in the last few years will have these, plus any CET bar because they signed a huge contract with IGT to upgrade their VP machines in 2013.

    Some places with these...

    Strip:
Nearly every CET bar (CET = Caesars Entertainment properties)
    The Cosmopolitan (all bars)
    Bellagio (all bars)
    SLS (all bars)
    Casino Royale
    Venetian Sportsbook (but terrible paytables)
    MGM Whiskey Down
    NYNY Center Bar?

    Downtown:
MSS Select Machines at Boar's Head
California All Machines? At least Holo Holo/Sportsbook
    Fremont Filament Bar
    The D Long Bar
    Downtown Grand Furnace Bar

    Off Strip:
    Lucky Dragon
    Orleans Mardi Gras Bar
    Sam's Town Billy Joe's Bar
    M Resort multiple bars
    South Point select bars

I hate playing the old machines. MGM still has a bar with TUBE monitors!!

    You mean these things?

30 minutes later that bastard malfunctioned on cash out thanks to a previous patron's spilled drink that infiltrated the TITO printer. Took almost a half hour to get hand paid at circus circus.

Those are it. I would kind of not be surprised if they had them at Circus Circus, but MGM should have better IMO. Even the Mirage needs updated ones. They are one step better than the tube, but still out dated. I am guessing they are the same ones from when they opened in 1989!
