I can feel it now, off tomorrow to run some errands, pack my bags, my flight tuesday morning leaves at 5 am so will have to be at aiport around 3 am

 

Trip pushed back by 3 weeks.

 

Just checking! This trip can’t come soon enough. Really hoping at least some of the F1 deconstruction chaos will be out of the way by the time we go, but seeing how massive the project is, I’m not optimistic.

Regardless, I can’t wait to be playing VP with a drink in hand!

Trip report to come. From the freezing cold darkness of Iqaluit, Nunavut through Ottawa, Montreal and finally Vegas, I can’t wait to be back on Monday!

 

Was supposed to go today for the F1 today but had to cancel. My father in-law found out the he has a brain tumor that started out as prostate cancer and went through the bones to the brain. Prognosis does not look good but so far he is comfortable. Family is more important than any race or Las Vegas.

 

So sorry to hear that. God bless you and your family during this time. Family comes first.

Thanks! Don't want to jinx it but our last two trips we've come back positive and paid off some bills with the winnings (two royals for me last trip and two royals for her previous trip, plus way more 4OAKs than typical for both of us on pretty low-roller budgets). Going for a hat trick on this one!
