We hope to head back there in two weeks. We used to go there monthly and get $500-$1000 in FP. they have stopped emailing us - due to less visits.

Thanks for update... hope to go soon.

We got here Tuesday --heading out in the am--
    Observations:
Con: Bring your own hand sanitizer--the little bottles they give you and all other dispensers STINK
Terrible smell like those made of bourbon or whatever
Pro: Room service --excellent food (even in take out boxes) and no stress dining
Con: the casino seems crowded most of the day--they say 30% --feels like %50--expected less especially on a Tuesday & Wednesday
Pro: They have discontinued rotunda smoking--have to take it outside--but the area is covered & has benches --we went out there once for a mask break & a vape, it's fine
We spent less time in the casino because of so many people & not a lot of winning---had one happy hour /supper at Brio 4pm to avoid folks. First time dining inside --pretty empty when we went and 3 martinis helped! LOL
We enjoyed the outdoor areas a lot and getting away from home for the first time all year--we live with our "grown" children and were suffering from "lack of separation" anxiety LOL. This helped even though it was weird.
    Be safe everybody!

I think their hand sanitizer smells like vomited tequila. (Don't ask how I know that smell, LOL)

You mention Happy Hour at Brio? Details?

Taking some friends and may use some points to cover some of their stuff and Happy Hour would help. We love Brio - always go there, usually late lunch as menu prices are lower.

Sorry--I meant OUR happy hour--since we made our dinner ressie for 4pm to avoid people.
Also, they are working one menu all day --an abbreviated one, but there's a little of everything and the quality was good as usual.

    Thanks for your observations!

Quick question... Where are the smoking areas now? When we were there in June, smoking was limited to the parking garage and Rotunda. They wouldn't let you go outside.

    Hi
The "casino smoking area" is just outside of the rotunda--they blocked off a big area in the casino valet so it's covered, there's benches & butt dispensers, a security guard, and fake waterfall noise...
AFAIK there's no indoor smoking at all except in the smoking hotel rooms.

    Thank you for info!!

Heading up there now. I'll report back if there are any other changes as this is all so fluid right now.

So smoking is outside in the currently closed casino valet. What's interesting is that the entire Rotunda area is blocked by temporary walls, all the way to the 2nd floor. I guess they are remodeling it?
