Huge shout out to you! My daughter is in Nursing school now and hopefully will get her RN degree early next year. She is currently a respiratory therapist but decided to also pursue her dream job. My husband is currently in the hospital and is not the best patient. I was just watching his nurses interact with him today and was in awe of all their kindness and patience. Congratulations!
It is a big deal. Been doing it for 31 years. Welcome to club!!! Crap 32 years arghhh. I lost a year.
Congratulations!! I went with a friend to take the NCLEX; she had the minimum number of questions, I had the most. We were both convinced we failed, lol!! (Both passed our first attempt) It's been 22 years and I still feel like I have the best job in the world!!
w00t, congrats! I would say it’s a big deal and worth celebrating Best wishes for your future RNdeavors
Again, so many thank you(s) to each and every one of you! I've been working as an LPN since 2008. Pursuing my RN title has taken me a long 5 years but better late than never, right? Lol
This is awesome so happy for you! We need more RNs! Hope you find a good job soon, sure you will. Question as an RN how hard was organic chemistry in school? Had a friend who majored in nursing and this where they thinned out the class.
Congrats!!!! I’m a social worker and know how anxiety inducing those tests and testing centers are. I also for sure thought I failed my exam, thankfully I did not! Lol! Good luck on your RN journey!
I remember this moment very well...it was June, 1979...I got my Board results through the USPS mail...I was certain I had failed...Then I opened the envelope and screamed with delight when I read that I had passed my Nursing Boards! OMG! My grandmother was there when I received the results (she was a RN)..she said she always knew I was going to pass! Congratulations to you!!!
Congrats!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! When they turn my wife's floor at the hospital to a Covid floor I asked her if she wanted to quit. She said no. RNs are a tough bunch.
Way to go congratulations...no take any signing bonus and go to Vegas when time allows...just kidding
Congratulations @Happygirl21 !!!! You should be so proud, and so happy, and I know you will bring happiness, strength and healing to those many lives you will be touching and helping!
