On a plane change coming back from Alabama. :(

Is there 10/6 DDB at the airport, at least???
 
Not sure about the 10/6 DDB, but was curious if the sad face was that you had a stopover in Vegas or that you had been in Alabama? [emoji16] I feel certain it's not that you're leaving the Luv Guv state!

I'd be thrilled if "Airport Deuces" (98.91%) still existed at McCarran.

I found a quarter bank with 8/5 DDB last trip. Thought that was shocking enough. Most are 7/5.

Grand National
Cambrian Ridge
36 at Capitol Hill
Ross Bridge
Oxmoor Valley
 
Ross Bridge is a great layout with wide open fairways but lots of bunkers and tricky greens

Oxmoor another great layout not quite as forgiving in the fairways

Grand National-- the hardest course I've ever played.. we should have been smarter and played from the club tees but instead we were humbled from the big boys...

That happened to me last summer. They could not get me a direct flight into SeaTac that day so they sent me via Southwest with a stop in LV. Ultimate torture! I didn't have time to play or anything, just find the gate, line up and (Mmmmmooooooo!) board. :(
 
I know how you must feel. We went to San Francisco last month and changed planes in Las Vegas.
Taking off we had a clear view down the Strip. Maybe that's what prompted me to book a trip for May.
 
Dusting off the mental cobwebs, I've flown to Vegas once, with Vegas being the destination, I think that's it. (And that was a one-way as Terri drove up later.) I've routed through several times across the years, on Southwest (as with this upcoming trip), the old Reno Air days, another carrier, I'm sure. But all those trips in that tally minus one-half, all drives.

Lucky enough to have played them all but Ross Bridge on you list. Lakes is my fav at Grand National. Really enjoyed Cambrian Ridge. Have fun.
 
Thanks. Looking forward to it. I've not played much down that way. Did part of the Audubon Golf Trail outside NOLA, 'round Mobile, Redneck Riviera, and a few spots in Florida (incl. TPC Sawgrass). I'm also going to Brunswick, NC.
