I'm addicted to Chapstick, but never used it for these.

I admit I'm addicted. I have Chapstick everywhere. Bedroom, car, bathroom and always one in my pocket, but I never thought to use it for these:

Though small and unassuming, a tiny tube of chapstick packs a lot of utility into its minuscule proportions. Whether brand name or generic, lip balm does much more than protect your lips from the cold! With all the tasks it can help you accomplish, you should always keep a tube in your pocket.

Can't leave it around, our dog loves to chew on the chapstick tubes.
 
Handy hint for all of you: Better than chapstick is The Original clear gel NEOSPORIN on chapped lips. It feels soooo good. I have used it for years.
Remember that it has to be the Original clear gel type. Let me know how you like it. LucyR.
 
For the golfers
Put chap stick on the face of your driver if you are a slicer. You will never slice again.
 
I have actually used it to start fire on a rainy camping trip and that trick to keep screws from splitting wood works as my ex used to use it all the time. But mostly I use it for chapped lips and the occasional accidental dog treat. ;)

@Tahoejoe2 - Never heard that golf trick. I may need to share that with my mom to improve her game.
 
I was in the Navy for 20 years. I learned long ago never to leave your chap stick sitting around. When you use it again it will have a funny taste to it, funny smell as well.

oldest trick in the book.

In Vegas I use it all the time on my dry heels. I always wear flip flops....

So what I am hearing is you need 2 tubes of chapstick. One for your lips and 1 for other uses! Just make sure you use the correct one on your lips.

This also makes your lips germ free.
 
Once in Switzerland I needed a chapstick, so I bought a package with 2 tubes of Labello in it at a railway convenience store. Like chapstick but even better! I brought some back for Connie and for my sisters, and pretty soon every time Connie and I were going to Europe we had a list of people that wanted us to bring back some Labello for them. Now, of course, I order it on Amazon if we run out of what we got in Europe. Great stuff. The company was bought by Nivea, so here in the US if you buy Nivea in the blue tube it's basically Labello.

I happened to skip the first three words and thought this was something to do about long hauling.
 
What if my sunglasses have plastic lenses ?
Won't that gunk them up ?
I wear them on the golf course - I like light weight lenses.....non prescription.
I mean, I can't get them streak free when I wipe them with a damp cotton cloth.
