    When I play craps, I'll put the dealers out on the hardways with me for a buck a spot...not every time, but about half the time...and when I leave the table, they get my white chips...if I have none, then they get 1 red chip, unless I've been felted.

    I find it weird when dealers expect a tip every time you win a bet. More reasonable I think is, to give a tip at the end of your session, based on your wins on the whole session and the level of service from the crew. If the crew changes while you're still playing and they gave you a good time, you can tip them as well.
