As far as a must play when I see it ....

Always looking for that better paying machine , like us all ...

I'm a small time wagerer that plays all day on the machines ... video poker ...video keno ... penny slots ...

Trying 4 card video keno for the first time .... any tips ? .. Even though I have gone to Vegas many times , always looking for a new approach ...

Much appreciate any tips on gaming at any of the off strip casino's !!!

    Pumped !!!

Any advice on off the strip casino's ... I play video poker ...video keno ( playing 4 card keno for the first time ) ...slots ...

Should I bother with downtown ?

Any banks of machines I should go to at any of these off strip places ?

    Appreciate any tips !!

Guys ...I just read on another forum to stay away from any casino east of the strip ?? Can you guys advise me of anything east of the strip casinos which are considered to be not a crack area or pimp heaven ... I know I'm being blunt but my wife ans sister-in-law need to feel safe to be comfortable ....

We are staying at South Point ... so any set-up of 4 or 5 casino's we can hit in a loop type on a map with the last casino in that loop being closer to South Point , our home ....

    Thanks for any help !

I was at the sportsbook bar at GVR one day playing VP and got talking to a local who bartended somewhere else..He told me he gave up VP for Keno after seeing what's hitting more on his job..I did see him get a few good hands while I was barely keeping afloat that day..Just FWIW..

And kinda funny as he had just got off work that AM and by 3 pm or so he was passing out on the machine..the bartenders got him a cab home..GVR is a true locals place, but I had no problems whatsoever being a tourist.

I've never heard this said before. Lots of nice places east of the strip, not high end but nice. My favorites are Sunset Station and Green Valley Ranch. Also the Boulder Highway places like Sam's Town, Cannery, Arizona Charlies and Boulder Station are ok.

Just a sample for playing 4 card keno. He's betting max, but you can play only 1 unit for each card.

funny you should mention the 4 card keno. I have been thinking about playing that while at the bar earning "free" drinks. keno is not normally my game but sometimes at the bar, since I am not especially good at VP.
