I have to pick... Raiding the Rock Vault or a 1/2 day trip to Red Rock Canyon.

Both have Groupons right now for my dates in Feb.
    Which would you pick?
Wondering if it could be darn cold at Red Rock??
I'm coming to LV from the Midwest, don't want any cold weather!!

    Thanks for any advice

Red Rock is very nice, but best visited on your own terms, aka rental car. Temp wise its not too bad, its only an hour outside of LV, so whatever LV weather is would be close at Red Rock as well.
My pick would be Rock Vault: It is a great show, and you won't be disappointed!

Looks like you're caught between a rock and a...rock. :ssst:

I would vote for RTRV. I caught it at the Trop and really enjoyed it.
If you're about to Rock, I salute you! :D

IMO, RTRV hands down. We saw it at the TROP and the HR. The HR is a smaller venue and the excitement is on another level. Then again, we love classic rock.

Well, thanks folks... I might do both. Keeps me away from the slots for awhile! I love classic rock too!

We consider going to shows part of our money management system....a lot less expensive than sitting in front of a slot machine for an hour or two. :D

Just did both on the same day. We did the 10:00 Red Rock tour with Scoot City Tours. They got us back to our hotel by 2:30 and gave us plenty of time to be ready for RTRV at 8:30.

    I've seen RTRV.
They aren't in their prime anymore, but they are GREAT musicians.
Worth seeing if you've never seen the show before.

Too bad you're going in February.
    It's still pretty cold outside.

Red Rock Canyon is also VERY worth seeing at least once.
Just like the Grand Canyon, Hoover Dam, Joshua Tree Forest, VOF etc.
There's also the Botanical Gardens/Spring Preserve, Lion Habitat Ranch & scads of museums.

There's so many things to do in/around Vegas.
Just put whatever you don't get to on the list for your next Vegas trip.
Vegas trips are like potato chips.
(Who the hell can have just ONE?)
