I can't speak about any of these apartments specifically, but I've lived in the area for 5+ years. I lived in Savannah apartments (Now, Milan - they do have 3 bed units (I had 2 bed 2 ba with garage) for two years to see how I liked the area - we previously lived on the west side for 10 years. Turns out I really liked the Silverado Ranch area 89183. I loved apt living. We had bug service included - only had the occasional cricket in the unit. Public areas would have waterbugs/roaches during the hottest part of summer. I really miss having maintenance available at my convenience. Light bulbs, air filters, etc were magically taken care of while I worked. Gym, heated pool year round, plus a second and two hot tubs. When it came time to buy, we stayed nearby and moved to 89052. Silverado/West Henderson is now booming. There have been 3 new apartment complexes that opened this year on St. Rose and another 2 or 3 currently under construction. Sprouts opens today, I believe. Costco in Nov. There will be a whole entertainment complex built by M Resort all bicycle friendly. Starr will have an exit on I15. Plus, all the activities the Raiders practice facility will spur. I'm sure traffic will worsen overtime, but planning definitely accounted for a decent start. My sister moved from Chicago 3 years ago and decided to stay nearby after living with me for a year. She is renting a townhome in 89123. Convenient to everything, but slightly older and less expensive. I've done all my home searches on my own. I've only hired realtors for the actual real estate transaction. When we decided to simplify and try apartment living, we looked at a dozen places between LV Blvd to St Rose, and it became clear to us, almost immediately, which were our style and a good fit. We had it down to two in one weekend.
