I bet it feels good to be home in your own bed. I enjoy traveling but there is nothing more comfortable than being in your own home.
That's it? Seems like you just got to Vegas. BTW, spent a cpl days in Milwaukee last week. Your TR was helpful.
You hit up the same VMBer up twice for their microwave but this time it was Persian leftovers? This is classic!
Great trip report. You’re a beast. I did 15 out of 19 days during F1, Thanksgiving, and my bday last year and it took me 2 months to recover and be ready to VEGAS again
What do you mean 15 out of 19? Were you booked for 19, but only stayed 15? And is your birthday in November? Cuz me tooooo lol
December bday I did 5 nights for F1, then did 6 at cosmo for Thanksgiving. Flew home for 4 days, then did 4 more nights at Bellagio for my bday and Depeche Mode.
Just for kicks, I went back and counted. I think I got to 14 or 15. Some of them I met up with more than once, but I didn’t count those again unless it was an actual new person
I didn’t count the VMB adjacents since they technically aren’t members, but if we include them then yes, I definitely metup with at least 15 people lol
Do you think you will make it the whole three weeks? Maybe just a short weekend trip to tide you over?
Everything about Orla is great. The "breads & spreads" they offer. The salmon is incredible. Friendly bartenders. I hope it's there a while
Follow up on credit card charges I called my credit card to confirm a zero balance. Looks like the charges from Nomad and Cosmo were removed Thanks helpful front desk peeps! But now there is a weird 59 cents charge from Rio on my credit card after I had confirmed there was no charge at front desk. I had gotten a root beer float and charged to my room. I think it was $7.59 from memory and looking at the menu online it does say it’s $7 so that total makes sense. I had resort credit so I just figured that $7.59 charge would be taken care of. I guess it doesn’t apply for tax? I wasn’t expecting that so am glad I checked my card balance and paid that hefty balance
MGM Rewards on Ticket Purchases I finally submitted the MGM concert tickets to get points. Doing all the admin adulting lol Turns out I don’t get any points for buying via StubHub. Doh. I feel like I used to get points at Cosmo for this? Maybe that was ticket master, but I know for sure I’ve purchased from a third party reseller and gotten points at Cosmo. The other thing I found out is the tickets I purchased at the box office has a 90 day limit for them to apply the points. Double doh I really wish the box office could just give me points at time of purchase. If restaurants and spa can, why can’t box office?! Oh wells. I’ll try to be better about getting my rewards points in the future as I am sure I will see other concerts
