Mine used to be match 100% up to 6% (put in 6% and they put in 6%) but it changed two years ago. Now if I put in 6% they put in 4% and possibly 2% as a lump sum based on company performance. We got it last year but not this year. Still pretty good IMHO.

    How about yours?

Mine matches 3%. We used to use Prudential, but they swapped it over to Wells Fargo a few years ago. I'm not exactly high on Wells Fargo as they like to remove funds I had money in and put it into new funds they introduce to our plan making it harder for me to keep track of it outside of their website.

that's technically the choice of the plan sponsor, not Wells Fargo. Plan sponsor selects fiduciaries who select the investments. If you work for a big company, it's probably a combo of people at your employer plus some outside investment consultant - who may not be Wells Fargo.

I'm not in ours, namely because I'm Canadian, but I do manage it for our company. We've just moved to a safe harbour plan so our high income earners aren't limited by anything other than the government. We're 100% match up to 3% than 50% on the next 2%. That's an improvement from where we were.

My company matches my contribution at 200% for the first 5% I put in. Very nice perk.

    401k - 100% match up to 6%.
Pension #1 - company contributes 3% then they also match of 6%
    Pension #2 - up to 15%

The pay and benefits declined rapidly in the last 8 years.
Health insurance used to be good and is now crap.
With the company now for over 27 years....hoping to make it to 30 years.

I'm at a small company with stock options so no matching. On the plus side, they have been responsive to my activism and switched from high cost fund manager with expensive actively managed funds to a low cost one. which has a selection of low cost index funds, including the funds i specifically requested.

My company has been ramping up since the recession. They completely stopped contributions for awhile. We are up to 50% match on the first 5%. They used to have stock options but those haven't come back and probably won't.

Don't know if I should answer as my wife and I are the owners. We have a Simple IRA and match the first 3% for our employees.

Matches the first six percent paid in. Current interest on the income fund is 3.35%. One time it was 8%.
