Apologies for what is probably a stupid question but when placing a bet for the dealer, do you still have to stick to the table minimums? For example if I'm playing $15 minimum BJ and I'm betting $15 and wanted to add a bet on for the dealer, would it have to be an additional $15 or could I just bet $5 for them?
You can bet whatever you want for the dealer, as long as your bet is the table minimum. I'm pretty sure I've bet as little as $1 or $2 for the dealer when the minimums are $50 or $100.
