2 hours to Atlanta. We leave the house at least 4 hours prior to flight.

12 miles from IND, about 20 minutes. We realized a while ago that parking in the economy lot made getting from the car to inside the airport longer than the commute. So we switched to the garage, now it's only 5 extra minutes!

southwest shore of Long Island in the shadow of JFK....6 miles to JFK entrance .....15-45 min depending on traffic. close enough to take local roads . Add a couple miles to long term parking \. i can hear the larger jets on a quiet day revving engines to take off

    30-35 mins to DCA
    35-40 mins to BWI
One has more nonstops than the other, but I will fly from both depending on schedule

I'll be in California and Vegas is like...right THERE. So...

To the airport probably 35-40 minutes but we have to drive past it to the Pet Resort Hotel to drop off our girl then back track to the airport.
Total time is probably about 90 minutes.

I take the Gold Line light rail (station across the street from my townhome complex) to LA Union Station (16 min travel but I get to the station a few minutes before it leaves; it leaves every 7 to 20 minutes). Then I take the Flyaway bus to LAX (40 minute travel; leaves every 30 minutes). Total travel to airport a little over 1 hour. I can fly from Burbank Airport (less than 20 miles; 30 minutes). I like LAX because I don't have to worry about parking, and the Gold Line station is only a 2 to 3 minute walk from home. Farther away is Ontario Airport and Long Beach Airport (1 hour drive). Orange County is even farther away (1.5 hour drive).

If I can fly our of Milwaukee it's about 40 minutes on the bus for $2. Saves a ton of money on parking and the stop is only 3 blocks from my house.

Otherwise it's about a 90 minute drive from Milwaukee to ORD. O'hare tends to be cheaper, but when you add in gas, tolls and parking, it can be pretty equivalent to a higher fare out of Milwaukee.

It takes us about 20 minutes to get to TPA but we've stayed at the Airport Marriott when we've had an early morning flight just because. :D:D

45 minutes to MSY. Just about 4 hours if direct. If not direct, we will stay home. The last trip was our first with Spirit and worked out well. We will consider them in the future, but only if we can do the Big seat. We enjoyed the seat and first off the plane.

However, 170K Rapid Rewards points will keep SWA in the mix.
