So I got an offer from GoldCoast, and it says $10 per day dining credit, up to 2 days...
In the fine print it says I have to charge the food to my room, and they take it off on the backend...
So, if I just went and had a $20 dinner the first night, would that work, or do I need to use exactly $10 per day?

You only get $10 each day.
If you charge $20 day 1 and $0 on day 2, you will be billed $10.

You need to spend at least $10 each day to get the full benefit.

I have the same offer( get it several times over the year) and will be there in December.

Before you check out read your hotel bill on the tv. My food credit didn,t show up and i had to go to the front desk to get them to fix.

If you did any decent amount of gambling during your stay, also ask the front desk to call a host when you check out to see if they will comp anything. I never did this my first 5-6 stays but have done it the last 3. 2 out of 3 times they wiped out my entire bill. And no, I do not have a large bankroll.
I play $10 blackjack and some video poker.
