Well anyway, it's a study about measuring duck penises.

I can't figure out why the URL is not working. Anyway, it's an interesting article.

    http://news.nationalgeographic.com/2017/09/duck-penis-size-social-group-study/

Patricia Brennan strolls through an outdoor aviary with a net in hand. She scoops up a duck, turns it onto its back, and applies pressure to its belly. "If you know exactly where to press, you can pop the penis out," she explains. "They're quite cooperative. The males get used to being handled."

    I bet they do

Isn't it a crime to harass or "molest" wildlife?

There's a fine line between science and bestiality.

Pretty sure tons of science wasn't necessary to come ascertain that.
Do you s'posed the ducks ever talk amongst themselves about this strange massage parlor they've happened upon?

Do the ducks compare size on their own? Or do they always need a helping hand? I'll have to watch the next batch of Canadian Geese to see if they're checking out each other.

Two ducks are swimming in a pond arguing about who has the largest Johnson. While taking a leak the first duck says "Man, the water is cold today, just about froze my willie off." The second duck says "Indeed, and deep too!!!"

Turns out Ms. Brennan had a very simple--yet impressive--resume!

I'm sure they exaggerate it just like human males do.

The good old "add two inches, and round up if there's a half" rule.

Hubby is a biologist...ecosystems. Even scientists have pecking (don't run with that Breeze....) orders, and non-ornithologists all say ornithologists are just "weird". This is not helping the ornithologists' case....
