Heads up for those interested...........Tickets went on sale yesterday for RD 2 series.....even with the schedule TBD they were going fast! I saw some still available for games 5 and 7 if they were to happen

Darn, the 5th game is scheduled for 5/4 and my plans had us arriving only a half hour before the game. Changing plane tickets now costs more than I want to spend for a quick trip. So disappointed. I has hoping the game was on the 6th. I am going to hold off on this trip.

I will be there for game 5. I'm not going to the game, but my co-worker is. I'll definitely head down to The Park and hang out before and maybe a bit during the game.

I feel your pain. I am going the first week of June and if somehow they make it to the finals I want to be there on a game day - whether or not I actually go to the game. I'm about to change my flight slightly for other reasons and I will absolutely kick myself if I spend the money to change now and then find out that I'll miss the game and should have left it as is. Sure wish they could just schedule all the dates ahead of time.

So I changed my flight (gotta love Southwest) and my hotel reservations to keep my options open just in case I come to regret not going next week. I have so much to do at work and even leaving a day earlier will impact me, plus the extra 16,000 points for the flight makes me cringe. We were just in Vegas and I am not a spur of the moment person usually so I am going to agonize over whether to go or not. I am giving myself 24 hours to overthink this through. LOL

Holy crap! I just tuned in to the last period of the game and can't believe the score.

Grr, I wish I could have caught the first 2 periods!!

    You sure about that?

They were a beauty. Last 2 Vegas goals in the 3rd a bit weak though. Even though Vegas is up 5-0, refs were biased toward Vegas, imo. Maybe Kane deserved 5 minutes for a cross check to the face of Vegas player (but I've seen tons of those get 2), but Vegas also deserved a minor there for putting gloves to his face with no retaliation.

7 goals by 7 different players too. That's sorta unique, isn't it?

Hubs isn't home or I'd ask him, but I am curious as to what position the scorer's played. I'll have to look it up unless someone has a simple answer? :)

Wow! Well done! My first NHL jersey was a Sharks jersey when they came into the league. So I have a soft spot for them too. Whoever wins this series, I want to go all the way. I'm rooting for Vegas though!

And hope I get to bet on Vegas while in town! Especially vs. the Predators, the nut low of NHL fans!

when games are lop sided the losing team will often try to send a message by getting chippy and dirty. Now Kane did cross-check Theodore in the head so he deserved the severe penalty, but sometimes the refs will send a strong message that they won't tolerate those shenanigans.

I know right?? Great idea and great shirts. I'd love to get one. The Golden Knights were giving 100 of them out to people on the strip. Wish I had been there. Here is a pic if people haven't seen them.

Starting when? Game 2 maybe? Losing by a converted touchdown in the NHL playoffs is REALLY hard to do!
