My trip is still five months away but I'm a planner. Does anyone know of any hotels that have bathtubs? The hubby has major back issues, let's just say through the grace of the powers that be he isn't in a wheelchair. Doing so much walking and what not can take a toll and he may need a good soak with some salts. We are open to strip and off the strip and dt.

Hello fellow soaker! I am another who seeks out rooms with tubs. I have a shower at my house and the one thing I require on vacation is a bath tub. Unfortunately, they are rapidly disappearing. Bellagio is doing renovations and removing them. Booo. Most suites have them. I don’t have an extensive list, but here is what I know:

Mandalay Bay - every room and they are huge. No jets except certain suites
Delano - large tubs, a little dark in the corner of the king suites
Aria - they are inside the shower, which I find dark and odd, just keep in mind you need to get through the shower to get to the tub in a standard room. I have stayed in the tower suites where the tub is free standing and has a great view. They are jetted.
    Venetian/Palazzo - every room I believe
    Wynn - Large tubs
Mirage - only stayed in suites, they have tubs
Caesar’s- I’ve only stayed I a Palace room. Great deep tub that has a hand held sprayer which is helpful to rinse off on the way out or wash your hair.

BELOW ARE: 1. MB suite. 2. Venetian 3. MB standard room. 4. Palace tower at Caesar’s 5. Bellagio suite. 6. Aria tower suite 7. Mirage penthouse suite

Most strip hotels are going to have tubs in most of their rooms, some will be tub/shower combos and some stand alones.

I can only think of two room types off the top of my head I've ever stayed in that didn't have any tub at all, the base rooms in the Forum Tower at Caesars and the West Wing rooms at MGM Grand. That is probably going to be a shorter list.

I think some of the small room types at the lower end of CET's pecking order may not.

Other than that, of the rooms I've stayed in (these are all standalones):

    Long and deep:
Cosmo (except the Terrace One Bedroom Suite, which has a square Japanese soaking tub)
    Venetian/Palazzo
    Mandalay Bay/Delano
Bellagio (but I think they are getting rid of them)

    Short and deep:
    Aria
    Vdara
    Planet Hollywood

    Jacuzzi type:
Some room types in the Palace and Augustus Towers at Caesars
    Spa Suite at MGM Grand
    Executive Suites at Bally's

MGM Grand CityView Suite has a huge Roman Tub Jacuzzi.
Aria Tower Suites has a smaller but nice tub.

Both require a little bit of flexibility and stability to get out of.

I stay in the Planet Hollywood Vista Room which has a fairly large and deep tub next to a window overlooking the fountains or Cosmopolitan. I have also stayed at PH with round tubs that were not against the window.

Most of them were removed in the last renovation 2018-2019. Suites have them but most burgundy rooms have a large shower now, except for some that were the earliest bunch in the renovation.

At caesars palace all Palace, Octavius, and Augustus rooms have them. Bubblers and a handheld shower wand in Palace tower tubs, Jetted / whirlpool in Octavius and Augustus. No tubs in base rooms in Julius or Forum towers.

Quite a lot of Caesars rooms dont have tubs at all in base rooms since last round of renovations (Harrahs, Cromwell, Flamingo, Linq, Ballys, and most of Paris). Soaking tubs are standard in Planet Hollywood for now.

Bellagio's recent renovations are removing tubs from most base rooms but the ones that havent been renovated yet for sure have them.

    All VDara rooms have them.

All Cosmopolitan rooms have nice tubs (except I've never seen the bathroom in a city room so I'm not 100% sure on those but all the rooms with a balcony at least, and they have bubbles in the terrace studio but the 1br has a giant deep soaking tub with no action).

Most of the tower rooms at Luxor do but standard pyramid rooms don't.

I think all the others I know are covered above.

If walking long distances is a challenge, you might consider a smaller hotel, or one with a short distance from the entrance you use to the elevator. This was also a criterion for us when we brought younger children. We would normally stay at the Orleans. Avoid the MGM grand, it's like a half a mile.

If it's any help, the mini suites at Flamingo have tubs.

I recommend Planet Hollywood which has huge tubs in every room and is among the cheapest hotels to have those in Vegas. Paris doesn't have them in most base level rooms, and the ones that do are quite small.

Planet Hollywood also has deep tubs. But the room I was in it was difficult getting out of the tub and I have no disabilities or challenges other than being chubby. I had no problems with the Wynn tubs. Luxor also has tubs. Some are deep tubs and in the tower regular rooms. I would suggest the updated pyramid rooms at Luxor with deeper tubs. The pyramid rooms are not a far walk from the casino.

Everyone thank you so much for all the info! I'm sure the hubby will be thankful if he will need a good soak from all the walking.
