They should send Ryan Reaves to collect on this debt.

Didn't think of that, maybe a broken leg in the middle of a game.

Was just more of a comment on how Reaves and Kane already hate each other.

I always thought that Evander was a sleaze ball. I'll bet anything he has the notorious "lower body injury" and stays in San Jose the next few times the Sharks visit Vegas.

Kane has quite the checkered history in the league. He has not been well liked in the locker rooms he has been a part of due to some of his antics.

I was thinking of a way "old school" Vegas could handle the situation and be inconspicuous(SP)

He will be back. He will pay the markers. Some people thrive for attention.....

If anyone thinks that professional hockey players have grudges against one another.....it’s all for show. There are a few instances in the history or the game where players are hated. FEW is the key word in this case.

That’s like 1% of 49 Million. Couple of trips like that and you could be invited on off days.

Sleezeball will end up paying more as legal fees will be added and I bet they aren't cheap.

Uh, he makes 7 million a year. After taxes, agent cut and so on he makes closer to 3.5 million the 500K he owes is closer 15-20% of his pay for the year!
He will just be another broke athlete at that rate upon retiring! Sad

Hmm. I was looking at gross but you’re right. Not sure how these guys don’t dodge the bullet with municipalities and tax free bonds to be deferred until later in the tax front. My bad. But I do know the casino date will take home (paid off) titles and bonds etc for payment if arrangements are to be had. But during the playoffs?? Just give ‘em a check.
