Ok, so I totally lost the impetus(correct me if that is not the right word), to continue on with my report n Vegas. Now I am home, and will summarizewithin the next dy or two. At work now trying to earn more funds that I can take downto stoke the Vegas economy again
This was my worst trip gambling ever, not really complaining, but it was so bad that I don't think I was able to keep the status, or earn status at the casinos that I wanted to.
I will get back to this soon, but have to do some work now.

So enjoyed staying at Delano. I like mbay as well, but really like having the option of the more relaxed pool experience that comes with Delano. Mom and I started watching the Golden nights/LA game at the bar (Mizuya), but as we were not doing well on vp we decided we would go up to the room and finish watching from there. Unfortunately, it was blocked, so we did what every vegas party animal does in a situation like that- got into bed and played sodoku I am truly old!
We checked out the next day, and the rewards centre would not take off any of the resort fees, so not a good sign.
Oh yeah forgot to say we used a myVegas reward for NFI, Mom had fish and chips, and I had the chicken pot pie- once you have had that, you have to have it again, it is so good.

We had the breakfast buffet on myVegas on Friday, decent option for breakfast esp. if you're not paying for it.

So, Sat we checked into Venetian about 11:30, Lyft was $7, had to wait for room till 1:00, which gave us time to have lunch at Grand Luxe, and gamble a bit. We were happy that they waived the resort fees with the comped nights. We checked out Palazzo casino, and decided we were glad we weren't staying there this time, as there are no vp bars, and not a great selection of slots or vp.
I was happy to get a view of the east mountains, as I love the sunrise. We also overlooked the destruction going on at the Wynn golf course. Trying to upload pics, but for some reason they aren't transferring right now, I will try and figure it out later.

As you can see, only a small part of the course has been bulldozed so far. Wonder if they are going to do the whole thing. If so, that should take a while.

Will just quickly finish off this extra boring tr. We enjoyed our stay at V, though our luck continued to suck. Luckily we had nice rooms to hang out in, because we did that a lot this trip, Mom seemed to tire easily, but she enjoyed naps, and tv watching, though we would have liked to be able to get the vegas nights games in the room, but that was not to be.
That sounds awful, but we still did really enjoy our time, though I think this will be Mom's last Vegas trip, she wants to stay closer to home- just finds Vegas is getting a bit overwhelming for her.

We enjoyed Sushi Samba for happy hour one night, and ate at the bar at Delmonico our last night, had a really nice relaxing meal there. Sorry I really failed in the photo department. Probably no one will bother to read this last instalment, but I hate to not finish anything I have started, so there you go!

Hopefully the next trip will have more of interest in it! Probably in the fall, but I wouldn't mind a quick one for my birthday in June, have to see what my offers are like, and I'm not too hopeful there. Why am I bothering with this, it is the most depressing tr ever

Well I'm glad you bothered! I and two of my friends stayed at the Delano last November for a couple of nights and we loved it!! We got the two queens, so they each had their own bed in the bedroom and I slept on the couch. We each had our own sink which we really liked. And I LOVED the tub -- darn near floated in it, it's so deep!! We also ate at the Aria buffet and loved it. And we didn't have any big wins either - lost all our gambling money - but had a great time and that's not depressing at all!!!!
