Uber estimatator says around 10 bucks to the North Mall
12 bucks to the south mall.
I beleive you can sign up for a CET players card online but really no advantage of it. Especially since you are overseas and dont have access to things like Say and Play.
I doubt they give a lower room rate just for having a card with no play but worth a shot.

Best place to get answers is on the main board, but....

You can not sign up until you are 21. And, they will need to see you ID.

You could easily go to the Total Rewards desk before you check in to get your card, though the card itself really does not mean much. When you check in - just ask the attendant to double check your birthday on your ID that you have to show to checkin, then nicely ask for a Birthday upgrade.

    Outlets - not far.

I remember by first shortly after my 21st bday. You will not be able to sign up for a rewards because as mentioned above you're not 21. As for the upgrade, what room do you currently have booked?
