Whoops, I am no good at reading and thought he was asking about the one at Bellagio. You're correct, the one at Mirage took over from Carnegie Deli.

NYNY is my go-to for easy meals.

Nachos at Toms Urban, a sandwich at Greenberg’s Deli, anything at Gonzalez y Gonzalez, fried fish or chicken at that little place next to GyG, etc.

Estatorio (spelling?) Milos at V/P is my favorite lunch option on that end of the strip. Their lunch special is pretty reasonable for a joint of that caliber. I preferred their Cosmo location before they moved but ate at the new one last trip and it was just as tasty.

We also like Wazuzu at Encore and hat tip to @Flowers for recommending the Grilled cheese sandwich and tomato soup at the Wynn Cafe for an affordable and delicious quick option at Wynn.

Further up thread several posters mentioned Momofuku and I have to second this recommendation after trying it for the first time last last trips the pork belly buns were phenomenal.

Adding a couple days to the trip.

Anything in Block 16 at Cosmo if you want a quick bite, and even though I wasnt crazy about the overall ambience of the casino (other than the HL which is awesome), I'll throw in Resorts World, whatever they call all the takeout places there. If you want non-sushi asian food, there are a lot of good options there, and it's sort of food court / food hall style, but you can get something much better than a burger or sandwich.

Smith and Wollensky at the Venetian has a nice lunch menu. Good selection of salads and sandwiches.

Thanks everyone for the many suggestions- dang - you’re going to put me to work to narrow it down to the 3 or 4 lunches we need to fill in the gaps :ssst:

Always did the Milos lunch at Cosmo, so the V/P Milos or Grand Lux are on the list.
Definitely will do lunches at a couple of your NYNY recommendations - Tom Urban, Nine Fine Irishmen, Il Fornaio, Greenbergs Deli, Gonzalez y Gonzalez, mentioned in various posts are making it really difficult, lol...
Will try one of y’alls mentions at Fashion Show for sure while at the Wynn.
Had not thought of Resorts World, but could kill two birds with that one since we haven’t been to RW yet.

Many thanks - this may be my epic lunch trip of all time :feedme::feedme::feedme::feedme:
