Heading to Vegas in two weeks for a 7 day stay, 3 nights at Wynn, 4 nights at The Mirage.
Normally, eating is not a big thing for us, and other than a couple of nice dinner reservations we wing the rest of our meals. But following along here and in reading TR’s, it looks like reservations are pretty much still required for every meal? Also it appears that some places are not open for lunch, only dinner? So would appreciate your input, light lunches are a plus.

    1) Looking for a couple of moderately priced lunches away from Wynn, like V/P, Fashion Show Mall, or other nearby walkable places.

    2) Also suggestions for lunches at mlife properties anywhere between Mirage and NYNY as we have a lot of express comps we are trying to use up. (Not planning to go as far south as MB/Luxor/Excal this trip).

    No sushi please :D

We already have our breakfast and dinner reservations made at Wynn and mlife - that was too much like work, lol. I just want to chill and play slots :goofy:

    TIA

Snacks inside Mirage was a decent option. Not fantastic but reasonable.

Javier's and Five50 at Aria are both very good. I like Salt & Ivy there, too, but their hours are pretty limited. At Bellagio, I've heard good things about Spago, though I personally find it a bit overrated. Diablo's Cantina at Mirage is quite good. NYNY has their little food court area which has surprisingly good food; Nine Fine Irishmen and Tom's Urban are solid choices for more of a sit-down meal. Beerhaus has the benefit of outdoor seating, as well (plus a bunch of vegan options!), though whether you can take advantage of that will depend on the weather. Other than Eataly, ParkMGM doesn't have anything that really stands out to me.

One of my favorite lunches in Vegas. I could eat that ramen all day, and it kills me that they don't serve it during dinner, and they don't have happy hour or late-night anymore. Only reason I left it off was the ask for MGM properties. But I'm a huge fan. And those pork buns...

Also at Fashion Show, if you're looking for something quick and casual, Luke's Lobster is great. Their third shop ever was right by where I lived in NYC, and I'd go all the time. However, I'd caveat that I haven't been to the Fashion Show location, and haven't really been to any of them since they started massively expanding, so I'm not sure how things are these days.

Nah, it's been there for a long time (Eater covered a big "renovation" back in 2015, and it existed in some form or another since before then). It's by the sportsbook, and went to 24 hours after the Bellagio Cafe cut down their hours and then converted to Sadelle's. It's standard Vegas coffee-shop food.

Didn't know there was a Snacks at Mirage, too.

I was in the Bellagio one every day, when I was grinding 2/5 during 2008 WSOP.

There is a 2 for 1 on MyVegas for snacks that is easy to snag also.

IIRC, Snacks took over the space previously occupied by Cargenie Deli...it's good for lunch and better with a MyVegas 2/1 reward....

Il Fornaio at NYNY had an excellent happy hour between 4-6 Sunday-Thursday. Drink specials and half price pizzas and appetizers. Excellent value for a late lunch/early dinner.

If down by NYNY - Toms Urban has always been great for us.
